How does this vacation planner work?
The planner uses your available full days, selected parks, vacation pace, and destination priorities to suggest a starting division of days. It allows one full day per selected park as a planning baseline and flags when your wish list needs more time.

Does the planner include arrival and departure days?
No. Enter only your full days available for exploring. Your Adventure Advisor can help you decide whether arrival or departure days leave time for additional activities.

Do we have to change hotels to visit both destinations?
No. You can use one hotel as your home base or split your stay between Disney and Universal. The right choice depends on your park plans, transportation, budget, and how you feel about packing and moving.

Does this create a final itinerary or book our vacation?
No. Your result is a starting point. A Key to Adventure Travel Co. Adventure Advisor can refine it around your dates, family, ticket options, hotel availability, and priorities.

How do I share my results with an advisor?
Save a screenshot of your result. If you already work with a KAT Adventure Advisor, send it directly to them. Otherwise, click “Help Me Plan This Trip” to open our quote form. Your planner answers are not sent automatically.
