DISNEY RESORT MATCHMAKER FAQ
How does the Disney Resort Matchmaker work?
Answer seven questions about your budget approach, transportation preferences, resort atmosphere, pool time, dining, vacation pace, and room needs. The tool suggests three resorts from a selected group and explains why they may fit.
Does this tool check resort prices or availability?
No. It suggests resorts based on your preferences, without checking live rates or availability. Your Adventure Advisor can compare actual prices, available rooms, and applicable offers for your travel dates.
Does a Value resort always cost less than a Moderate resort?
Resort categories are a starting point, not a price guarantee. Room type, travel dates, and available offers affect the cost. A family suite at a Value resort may cost more than a standard room at another resort.
Will every suggested resort have a room that fits my family?
Not necessarily. Your advisor will need your party size, children’s ages, and sleeping preferences to check specific room options. Suites, villas, or multiple rooms may be worth comparing.
Will my Adventure Advisor receive my answers?
Your answers are not automatically sent to us. Take a screenshot of your results and reference them when requesting a quote, or share them directly with your Adventure Advisor.
