Do I have to pay for my whole vacation when I book?
Not usually! Payment schedules depend on your destination and travel dates.
For Walt Disney World and Disneyland, a small deposit (typically $200) is all that’s needed to get started, with the remaining balance due closer to your travel date.
Disney Cruise Line generally requires a 20% deposit, with final payment due 45–120 days before sailing depending on your itinerary.
Most other suppliers work similarly — a deposit up front and the balance later. You’re also welcome to make payments along the way if you prefer.
If you’re booking close to your travel date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Am I paying you or the supplier?​
You’ll always pay the travel supplier directly — never Key to Adventure Travel Co.®.

Charges will appear on your statement from companies like Walt Disney Travel Company, Disney Cruise Line, Universal, or your chosen resort or cruise line.

I have already booked my vacation, but I still want to use your services. Can I transfer my reservation?​
In many cases, yes!
​
If your reservation was made within the last 30 days and is not paid in full, we may be able to transfer it to one of our advisors.

If it’s outside that window or fully paid, you still have options — including canceling and rebooking (when possible) or paying a small planning fee so we can step in and assist with your trip details.
