How much do your services cost?
Our concierge services cost you NOTHING when you book through us! That's right they are 100% FREE to you.
How do you provide these amazing services to me for free? Nothing's free right?
No matter how you choose to book your vacation, whether online, calling in direct, or through another booking site, i.e. Expedia, commission is ALWAYS built into the price. We are able to get you the same price you could booking direct only we are there to help you every step of the way. Often times our prices can be cheaper because we promotion watch, which you won't get if you book direct. We also have the ability to price match certain suppliers. Kind of a no brainer huh?!
What is this promotion watching you speak of?
Disney and other suppliers will often release promotions throughout the year discounting rooms and packages. Our agents are always on the lookout for deals that could save you money! If we find one that applies to your dates and resort, we will automatically apply it to your reservation and lower your balance due.
Do I have to pay for my whole vacation when I book?
This depends on when you book in conjunction with when you depart. With Disney World and Disneyland all that is required is a $200 deposit to get started. You then have up to 30 days prior to departure to pay the balance off. Disney Cruise Line requires a 20% deposit and the balance is typically due 45-120 days in advance depending on your itinerary. All other suppliers work the same way, requiring a small deposit and balance due later. You have the option of making payments on your vacation or paying the balance all at once when it's due. If you book within that 30 day window, payment in full is due at time of booking.
Am I paying you or the supplier?
You will never see a charge from Key to Adventure Travel Co.®. Everything will show up on your credit card or bank statement from the supplier. It will show up as Walt Disney Travel Company, Disney Cruise Line, etc.
I have already booked my vacation but I still want to use your services, can I transfer my reservation?
If you have booked your vacation within the last 30 days and are NOT paid in full we have the ability to transfer the reservation. If you booked more than 30 days ago you have several options. You can cancel and rebook with us, only if we can get you the same deal or better of course, or you can pay a small planning fee and we will go from there. This planning fee is also used if you have booked off-site at a time share or something like that but would still like to use our expert services. *This fee varies based on agent, party size, length of stay and time of year.

First of all we aren't so much of a travel agency as we are a travel service. We work for YOU not the supplier. Our clients are our #1 priority and each agent at Key to Adventure Travel Co.® treats each vacation as if it were their own. We are a team of very passionate and knowledgable agents who take our "jobs" very seriously. Our agents go through extensive training both off and on site with many suppliers. We are also all in the parks or on the boats as much as we can be, both with and without our families, to make sure we are staying on top of all the latest and greatest happenings. Things are constantly changing at Disney so its best to have an insider when you can!

It's simple! Fill out a quote form appropriate for whatever destination you are interested in. If you have a specific agent in mind make sure you select their name from the drop down list. Once submitted one of our agents will contact you within 24-48 hours.
